I’ve created about 1 million case studies and customer stories at this point—written and video. The key to making a good one: focusing on the impact or outcome during the customer interview, and making sure this is the most visible part of the final piece.
Highlights include: making a joint case study for Typeform & Mailchimp, shooting a video in Basel, Switzerland about the city’s public e-bike service, and interviewing many HR people about how Oliva therapy was changing their teammates' lives. For the videos, I interviewed the customers, defined the story structure, and wrote the scripts by piecing together interview clips.
